Water Cutting
In the summer of 2012 Brookeson installed a new High Pressure Water Jet Cutting system purchased from TCI cutting systems in Valencia Spain.
With an operating pressure of 3,600bar, and a positioning and cutting accuracy of +/- 0.1mm, the equipment enables Brookeson to produce high quality stainless steel components for its manufacturing facility, without being dependent on third-party cutting services. This offers greater control over quality and delivery.
CAD/CAM Lantek software generates profile paths for trajectory layouts and cutting.
A Siemens control system is installed to enable long distance technical assistance from the TCL offices 24hrs/day.
