Welding and Manufacturing Facility
The “stainless steel only” manufacturing facility covers 20,000ft² and is located 20 minutes from Birmingham International Airport.
The factory undertakes sheet metal fabrication, water cutting, welding and polishing, producing high quality products predominantly for the international food, chemical and pharmaceutical markets.
Welder approvals and procedures are independently qualified to BS EN ISO 9606-1/2, BS EN 287-1, BS EN 288-3, BS EN ISO 15414-1 and ASME IX.
Brookeson is accredited to the EN1090-1, enabling it to manufacture structural stainless steel fabrication bearing CE marking and operate a demonstrable quality system in accordance with BS EN 9001.
